Our little girl

It seems that in the past couple of weeks Clara has really changed.

She used to be happy to sit on her bum and play, but now she has moves comfortably from a sitting position to her tummy. She isn't quite crawling yet, but she is scuttling around on her tummy and getting to where she wants to be.

All of a sudden we are looking around the apartment in a much different manner - is there anything that might look interesting from her perspective? Plants? Electrical sockets? Drawers? It is very exciting to see her grow up, and to see her world expand!

Clara has also started to enjoy standing up. When Mark goes in to pick her up out of bed, he stands her up in the crib while he wets a cloth to wipe her bum. She is quite 'chatty' and is starting to move laterally while standing in her crib.

We recently purchased a high-chair from a friend in Dhaka. Clara had been sitting on my knee to eat, but we all like the new arrangement! She is still eating quite well, but we have also experienced some "off" days. If she doesn't like the first spoonful, watch out!

(I think that it may also have something to do with the 2 new teeth that she is cutting on top.)

Mark and Clara enjoy their tickling/wrestling time in the morning. We feel so blessed to have Clara in our family - I can't believe that she has been with us for almost 9 months! It is amazing how quickly life can change.

We hope that everyone had a lovely Easter, and we love receiving your email! Take care, love and hugs from the Boltons in Bangladesh

What a cutie!
Everytime I see her giggling face I'm reminded as to how incredible it is to be around such a pleasant little girl.
Hugs and baby kisses to Clara & her family. We're counting the days until we have our next visit.
love natalie :D
